James “Jay” Barger has been a member and attorney with the firm since 2002. He focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury construction litigation, divorce, child custody, and Social Security Disability. He received his undergraduate degree from Middle Tennessee State University in 1998 and his law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2001.
