The Law Office of Kious, Rodgers, Barger & Sanderson Provides Mediation Services
Attorney Loren A. Sanderson offers mediation services for family law disputes. Ms. Sanderson has been a Rule 31 Listed Civil Mediator since 2014, and she was first certified by the Center for Conflict Resolution and Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago, Illinois in 2011. Ms. Sanderson is experienced in all aspects of family law, having litigated hundreds of domestic cases in a 16 county area across greater middle Tennessee.
Our standard fee schedule for mediation with Ms. Sanderson is a minimum of $600.00, which covers the first three (3) hours of mediation as well as pre-mediation preparation, with additional time charged at $200.00 per hour.
Mediations take place in our Murfreesboro office at 503 N. Maple Street. We are also happy to travel to you to mediate at your offices. Any travel fees are included in our regular mediation rate.

Mediation is very successful in resolving family law disputes, and in fact most courts will require parties to attend mediation before their case may be set for trial. Here at Kious, Rodgers, Barger & Sanderson, PLLC , attorney and Rule 31 Listed Mediator Loren A. Sanderson works hard to resolve disputes in a range of domestic relations matters, including divorces, child custody, and child support cases. We also offer co-mediation services, wherein Ms. Sanderson mediates alongside attorney Jay Barger. Co-mediation allows two mediators to tackle complicated issues together as well as to divide labor, increasing creativity and efficiency while ensuring that no detail gets overlooked.
