Katelynn Pricer named 2021-2022 David W. Kious Scholarship recipient

Kious, Rodgers, Barger, Holder & King, PLLC would like to congratulate Katelynn Pricer as the 2021-2022 David W. Kious Scholarship recipient.  Katelynn graduated from Hamilton County’s Collegiate High at Chattanooga State with honors, distinction, a high school diploma, and an associate’s degree.  She is a Political Science student with a Pre-Law cognate at Middle Tennessee State University, minoring in Honors and International Relations.  Katelynn is a freshman by year and a junior by credits.  She currently serves the Student Government as Secretary of the Freshman Council, and she is also a member of several student organizations, including Gamma Beta Phi, Mock Trial, and Students for Environmental Action.

Upon graduation from MTSU, Katelynn plans to attend law school and eventually go on to work at protecting human rights all over the world.

We welcome Katelynn to the KRBHK family and are excited to have her interning with us this year!

This scholarship was established in 2016 in memory of David Kious. Mr. Kious received his undergraduate degree in Political Science/Pre-law from MTSU and his law degree from the University of Tennessee. He was a founding partner of Kious, Rodgers, Barger, Holder and Kious, PLLC as well as Middle Tennessee Title, Southern Title Services and Lawyers Land & Title Services, LLC. To be eligible for the scholarship, candidates must be Political Science major with a Pre-law concentration.  Each scholarship is for one academic year.
