Kious, Rodgers, Barger, Holder & King, PLLC announces the addition of Laws McCullough ‘Mac’ Bouldin to its team as our summer law clerk. Mac will aid the firm’s partners and associates in their daily operations and counsel, having the opportunity to attend hearings, depositions, real estate closings, and other legal proceedings.
A Murfreesboro native, Bouldin graduated from Sewanee: The University of the South in 2019, majoring in politics and a minor in economics. He also served as SGA President his senior year. Mac is currently a rising third-year law student completing the business transactions concentration at the University of Tennessee College of Law. He is open to studying and learning about many different areas of law, but his primary interests are in real estate transactions around Middle Tennessee.
Mac is a seasoned law clerk, having assisted both Senior Judge Don Ash and Judge Jo Atwood last summer in the Circuit Court. “Mac is an intelligent, talented young man who comes from a long line of Murfreesboro lawyers, and whose family is well respected in our community.” said John W. Rodgers, founding partner. “Mac is a great fit for KRBHK, and we are excited to help him pursue his interests in transactional practice areas and and give him an unique glimpse from our firm’s perspective.”
